Volunteer Web Designer Needed!

Astia, a community of experts committed to building women leaders and accelerating the funding and growth of high-potential, high-growth, women-led startups, is looking for a volunteer web designer to update the website for their WE OWN IT program.  Previous experience in creating Wordpress enabled web sites are encouraged to email jobs@astia.org for more information.  Interested parties may work remotely.  Individuals and/or their organization will be given appropriate credit for their work.  We would like to complete the new website by February 14, 2012.

Volunteer Social Media Steward Needed!

Astia, a community of experts committed to building women leaders and accelerating the funding and growth of high-potential, high-growth, women-led startups, is looking for volunteer(s) to inform and help support our social media strategy.  This includes helping communicate through Astia online assets.  In the near term, heavy emphasis will be placed in supporting Astia’s WE OWN IT program.  University students and experienced social media savvy individuals are welcome to volunteer.  Volunteers will be asked to commit between 6-10 hours per week.  We encourage social media volunteers to work at minimum one day of the week in the San Francisco office.  Please email jobs@astia.org to express your interest.   Volunteers will be added on a rolling basis.
